I am honored that you are interested in learning more about Heart and Hand, a mental health practice serving women, children, teens, and families! My name is Katie Crabtree and I am the owner and therapist for Heart and Hand. Before starting Heart and Hand I was a school counselor in the public school system. In working with students and families for nearly 15 years, I have experienced first hand the uncertainty and difficulty that can come with navigating the various seasons of life. It takes courage to seek help and healing. I have learned the power that comes with seeking therapy throughout my own life which has fueled my passion to serve individuals and families on their own journey of growth and healing.
