Play Therapy

Play therapy is a therapeutic approach that uses play as a means of communication and expression. This special approach to therapy allows children to explore emotions, process trauma, develop problem solving skills, and improve social interactions through the language of childhood; PLAY!

In the playroom children will engage in a variety of play activities in a safe and supportive environment to assist with emotional growth and healing.

I tried to teach my child with books;
he gave me puzzled looks.
I tried to teach my child with words;
they passed him by often unheard.
Despairingly, I turned aside;
“How should I teach this child?” I cried,
Into my hand he put the key;
“come,” he said, “PLAY WITH ME!”
